Instructions
  1. Wash and bake potatoes
  2. After these are baked ,til done, let cool abit and cut in half the long direction
  3. Scoop insides of potatoes out into big bowl. Don`t Throw away the shells of potatoes!
  4. Add all ingredients to bowl where potato guts are:
  5. Mix up well, I use mixmaster gets them nice and creamy!
  6. Refill potato shells, put on baking sheet or in cake pan so doesn`t roll off!
  7. put in oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes
  8. Too add some zip I crush some gf sour cream and onion chips on top of potatoes when they get out of oven!!
