Roast red peppers to get seared roasted flavor. I sear them over an open flame, I love the flavor of my charcoal grill flammed. Lightly coat peppers with olive oil than with a long metal tongs roast them over flame until abit chared on skins. Set aside in large glass roasting dish.
Add all other ingredients.mix well
Put meat rice combination into peppers.
Put into cake pan preferably glass
Cover put into oven at 350 for 45 minutes.
Take out uncover, I add goat cheese ontop let melt and eat!
HINT* When you are cutting peppers for stuffed peppers just take off top and clean out so they can be easily stuffed!
