  1. You can use whatever vegetables you like!
  2. Amino acidsmuch better for you!!
  3. In skillet heat olive oil adding vegetables, start with your thick dense vegetables, they take longer to cook! add others after.
  4. Now add rice to mixture mixup.
  5. In a bowl or i use large coffee cup mix up your raw eggs,pour over mixture and keep mixing and frying.
  6. when veggies cooked and egg mixture,turn off heat. pour amino acids on to taste. yummy
