Instructions
  1. Hard boil the eggs. HINT* If you are using fresh from barn eggs cut and slice wedge lemon peeling and all and put in boiling water,let stay in water and cook with eggs.Makes eggs peelable!
  2. After cooked peel eggs and mash peeled eggs with fork.
  3. Add mayos and mustard. Salt and pepper to taste. I like celery salt you can use what you prefer.
  4. Let cool awhile in frigerator. Eat on gf bread,celery,lettuce leaves,gf wraps, or even as is!!
